By downloading on your hard disk ╘My Letters╒ program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Creative Synergies grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use ╘My Letters╒ on your computer. You may install one copy of ╘My Letters╒ onto the hard disk of one computer, and you may make one copy of ╘My Letters╒ for backup purposes. These copies must include ╘My Letters╒ License Agreement.
╘My Letters╒ program, including the graphic displays and its related documentation, is copyrighted.
You MAY NOT: rent, distribute or transfer copies of ╘My Letters╒ program to others; modify, disassemble, decompile or translate ╘My Letters╒ program or its documentation; use ╘My Letters╒ on more than one terminal of a network, on a multi-user computer, on a time-sharing system, or in any other system on which ╘My Letters╒ could be used by more than one person at a time.
This licence is effective until terminated: you may terminate it by destroying all copies of ╘My Letters╒ you own. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and Creative Synergies and supersedes any prior agreement relating to ╘My Letters╒ program.
The Agreement shall be governed by the Italian Laws.
